Having graduated from the Jesuit High School in 1990, he then attended Loyola University, New Orleans, where he obtained a BA in Communication, followed by Loyola Law School, New Orleans, where he attained his Juris Doctorate. Ryan brings 20 plus years of real estate experience to the table, having closed transactions throughout the State of Louisiana. He is familiar with all facets of Louisiana real estate law, having handled a wide variety of closing transactions, both large and small, simple and complex, two-party and multiparty, intrastate, and multistate, and is a leading expert in Louisiana Tax Sales. He can often be found lecturing at the Preservation Recourse Center of New Orleans, helping to educate the community. With a BS in Finance from Louisiana State University, Holly has been an integral part in the growth and development of Audubon Title, LLC. As Escrow Manager, she guided the company through the transition to TRID and becoming ALTA Best Practices Certified.

Joining the Audubon Title Insurance Agency, LLC, team in 2014, Whitney is the premier expert on New Orleans resubdivision, adjudicated and tax sale properties. In addition to real estate closings, she also has experience in corporate filings, condominium declarations, successions, and other transactional matters.
