ALTA Best Practices Certification

As of October 2015, the majority of local and most National lenders policy became to only engage title companies that are ALTA Best Practices Certified.

​

Audubon Title Insurance Agency has been certified by the CPA firm CRI Carr Riggs and Ingram, as having satisfied industry-accepted benchmarks established by the American Land Title Association’s (ALTA) Best Practices.

This certification confirms that Audubon Title is compliant with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s new TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) Rule.

Audubon Title is able to offer settlement services with our clients having the knowledge and peace of mind that we are surpassing TRID compliance requirements.
